Tim is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He gained over seventeen years of human resource management experience working for such conglomerates as Consolidated Foods, United Technologies, Household Finance, and Bell Sports. With experience in recruiting general management, marketing, sales, research and development, manufacturing, human resources, finance, MIS and engineering personnel, he is uniquely qualified to manage multi-level searches for your organization.

Tim heads up all Accounting/Finance searches as well as Executive-level. He opened TDM & Associates in 1997 and implemented the work-from-home model before it was cool. On nights and weekends, you'll probably find him doing chores on the farm, riding a mule, or doing volunteer work as a Trustee with his local fire department.
